The First one is Cynthia's in Pretoria. Cynthia's have been operating successfully for 26 years. We are inviting Business loans to the value of R2.7 Million and offer 75% shareholding in the business for a total amount of R2.7 Million (investment R36,000 per 1% shareholding in the business).
The Second opportunity is a DROS restaurant. We have made 75% shareholding available to raise Business loans for R6.8 Million (investment R91,000 per 1% shareholding in the business).

1. We offer all Investors, no matter what
amount they invest, 2.0 % Interest per month (24 % per year).
2. All Investors (loans) are protected with Shareholding in the Business as collateral.
3. Investors will enter into a Formal Shareholders agreement with us, stipulating the
terms of the Investment.
4. The agreement will be forwarded by
Email to all those requesting reservation of shareholding.
5. The
planned
takeover date for Cynthia's is 1 May 2010 and for DROS 1 June 2010.
6. Guarantees and all
signed contracts must be in place at the end of May 2010 or as soon as
possible thereafter.
To obtain shareholding you should have unencumbered cash
