  1. We now offer all Investors, no matter what amount they invest, 2%  Interest per month (24% per year).
  2. All Investors are protected with Shareholding in the Business as collateral.
  3. We will enter into a Formal Shareholders agreement with all Investors, stipulating the terms of the Investment.
  4. The agreement will be forwarded by Email to all those requesting reservation of shareholding.
  5. The planned takeover date for both Businesses are 1 May and 1 June 2010 respectively.
  6. Guarantees and all signed contracts must be in place at the end of May 2010 or as soon as possible thereafter.
